Illumination For The Illuminated At Incu Chadstone

Take a peek under the retail lighting hood at Incu, Chadstone.
Another collab with interior architects Akin Atelier for iconic fashion retailer Incu.
A follow on from the Galeries in Sydney, the store was part of an expansion of the existing space. Each store uses an understated palette of raw materials and neutral tones. With lots of coloured finishes at this location, it called for a different approach to the illumination. From Akin Atelier:
“Incu Chadstone is designed to extend the brand’s retail vernacular as Incu continues to evolve and refine, without losing its warmth and inherent charm”.
We’ve had a long history of illuminating the spaces. For this project, we used a mixture of fittings from Andro to our Symphony Lighting range. The ceiling has illuminated fabric backlit using Boost by Symphony. Linear lighting from Symphony was also used across shelving, doing what it’s made to do – fine tune the space.
