INTRODUCING ANTELOPE’S FIRST PENDANT & WALL LIGHT ‘MUTINY’

One of our favourite things about Antelope is the ethos and ideas behind the brand, with the design, materials and fabrication all locally sourced. The first stunning range is called ‘Mutiny’, and features a wall light and pendants in large, medium and small sizes. Hand-crafted and designed by former boat builders, its inspiration ranges in scope from the Victorian coastline, boat design, local industry and the designer’s passion for handcrafted European furniture.

The solid beautiful form and cage-like qualities are complemented with the ability to ultimately perform with light. The timber cage aesthetics allow the cage density to be governed by a generous amount of light-play that is achieved on the surrounding surfaces.

The choice of material of a light natural bamboo was born from wanting to use sustainable non-toxic materials, and have a product whose make-up and character is 30% denser than hardwood. With such a strong dedication to aesthetics, philosophy and character, these are sure to enhance any space they are in.
