An Andro And Symphony Lighting Road Show For RACT Eastlands

The Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania (RACT) is a motoring club in Tasmania, Australia. It’s kind of like the RACV but for Tasmanians. RACV only really makes sense in Victoria. If you are not in Victoria, and in Queensland for example, you’d also have another name for it, anyway, you get the drift.

The driving force behind the project was Nicole Cox at Yellow Sky Design. She engaged us to help illuminate the space. Products used include from the andro luminaire family, the fixed surface mounted in Small. Whether it’s your space or footprint, the andro series is designed with ideas in mind. Designed, developed and assembled by ambience in big bad Bundoora, the andro series is a marriage of masculine and feminine characteristics into one perfectly engineered, harmonious and ambiguous form. Oh, and it was a Good Design Award Winner for Product Design in recognition of outstanding design and innovation.

Other fixtures used include Decibel, the petite Piccolo and Piccolo in Bendable version, from the Australian-made Symphony Lighting range. Symphony is our profile and linear lighting series made right here at our Melbourne HQ. It’s a varied world-class luminaire collection that all come together to play a part in creating your perfect spatial composition.
