Settle in with a Negroni in one hand and a notepad in the other. We want to take you through the lighting.
Four Pillars Gin has more than doubled their size (to cater for incredible demand) and with the help of the sustainability-focused Breathe Architecture.
In the past we’ve helped brands with meeting and achieving new environmental standards, including Country Road achieve the first five-star Green Star rating. Well, this rather awesome project has earned the honour of being awarded as Australia’s first carbon-neutral gin distillery by Climate Active.

Copper is all the go, Beth’s bar feature burnished copper, there’s also copper pipes bringing gin (and even tonic) straight down to be served, reducing waste on glass by 10 tonnes a year, and its copper that was used in the Levitas luminaires in a four circle formation at the entrance.

There’s also the indoor/outdoor space ‘Jude’s Gin Garden’ featuring bendable Medley – which does what it says, it’s Medley but it bends. There’s also custom Andro Pendants outside.
Roll track lights produces extra illumination where needed and the Australian-made Symphony Lighting range does what it does best, fine-tunes the space. It adds accent to Beth’s Bar and provides product punch for product displays and joinery. There’s also the tiny and petite Mo Spots, giving product focus from above, and Reflex downlight greeting guests at the front door.
Time to put the notepad down, go and get another Negroni…or maybe a Bloody Shiraz G & T…wait, no – a Spiced G & T. Enjoy.
